**Cancellations and Refunds
- Prior to and including March 1, 2025, we will refund any exhibit space and related fees (showcases, meeting rooms, advertising), less a $100.00 processing charge. After March 1, 2025, any exhibit space and related fees will be non-refundable.
- Prior to and including July 1, 2025, individual exhibitor staff or attendee badge fees can be refunded, less a $50 processing charge per badge. After July 1, 2025, individual badge fees will be non-refundable.
- Refunds for sponsorships will be subject to the amount of branding and investment made prior to the time of cancellation.
